Trusting in the timing of your life has everything to do with understanding that we may not have asked for much of what happens to us. Yet, this is the path that was chosen for us long before we had a chance to choose for ourselves. We stumbled our way through and arrived where we are with some level of growth and self-discovery. When we learn the power of sitting in surrender—or sitting in faith—we open more doors to what’s coming. The right timing, the right people, and alignment are what bring us to this very moment. And we have a choice in how we navigate what’s next. Are we responding to our calling? Or are we still trying to control the outcome of what we think we should be doing in this life?

We want to control everything—or we choose to succumb to what happens, become a victim, and remain in a victim state. Then, when we decide to do the healing and step into our work, we realize control is an illusion. And victim state keeps us small, consistently perpetuating our own re-injuring. At some point, we grow, heal, and get tired of our own BS—and realize we have all the power to change what we’re bringing into our lives.
We have a choice.
A choice to SURRENDER.
A choice to change the story—which creates the ability to be open to opportunity.
I learned to surrender to the knowing that every moment, every heartbreak, every hard chapter, and every obstacle was exactly what I needed to crack open the shell of my own becoming, my spirituality, and the ability to attract what I truly needed. It was that understanding—and the crack in the shell—that brought me to this moment.
This moment, where I am writing—a passion since childhood—and writing a series to inspire you to take action on intentional change. Something I never thought, even in my wildest dreams, would ever happen. Yet every moment before this prepared me. Taught me. Qualified me. To be in this very place.
