REFUNDS:

A PARTIAL REFUND will be provided to the Contributor(s) within 24 – 72 business hours of a formal request in writing if the request is received within 14 days of purchase AND if the feature deadline is more than 30 days away.

NO REFUND will be given after feature deadline has passed OR a feature has already been released. This includes all packages.

NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances for errors within a feature, although errors will, in good faith attempt to be rectified.

For the purposes of this section “feature deadline” refers to the date sent in the welcome email to the Contributor(s) to submit all pertinent feature information to the Company.
